I don't get heartburn from the Burn it Up, its a matter of the cayenne and some of the other ingredients settling on my ulcers. It causes for a nightmare of a stomach pain. I have been living with it for about 8 years now and over time I have been more aware of what specifically causes the problems....

I have a very sensitive GI system and unfortunately it really causes stomach issues for me if I take it in the morning on an empty stomach. I dont seem to have problems when I take it in the afternoon, I wish I could rely on it for that morning push but I just cant, along with other caffeine pills. ...

I feel you on the size gain, its easy for me but always comes with the addition of some fat. I decided to hell with it, and I would try and bulk up as much as I could and then cut down to the appealing physique as well later this summer, leading up to my wedding.

Brutal! I wish I did have a training partner to help me with my form though. I think I tend to over estimate my strength and in an attempt to look beefcake at the gym I will ruin my form to move more weight. haha... I lol'ed .... 8) Going lighter would be the first thing... Do you have mirrors arou...

My 1st reaction is go lighter, that's what i am always being told. I would definitely agree with this. If you cannot go down to just below parallel I am a firm believer that you cannot handle the load properly. I was once guilty of not going all the way down as well. I thought I could squat 285. No...

Yeah I had a long leave of absence after I got engaged and also work really picked up big time. I was traveling a lot and on top of that my company blocked these forums for some reason. By the time I got home in the evening I would be planning the wedding, or cooking or cleaning or something else of...

One of my colleagues who has been lifting for 15 years has been using a program created by Leo Costa called "Big Beyond Belief". The concepts in there are similar to the Blueprint. It was printed back in 1993 and actually has reference in there to the "famine" phase that Rob has ...

Sorry to mislead. The first BP run was by the books to a T. Every workout, every exercise was done using the BP 2.0. The second run was also by the books but using K-an and AN. Both gave me great results but I felt sore in the second run. I think it really comes down to my body's reaction to the two...

Thanks for the info, I hope John can chime in for a definitive answer. I am running a modified BP cycle, more of a mini feast. I ran a 3 week cycle of K-An with AN and had amazing results in the short time period through the use of a very aggressive training load. I basically took myself to the brin...

Well in my past 3 runs of the blueprint I have taken: EBol with cbol creatine because ebol does not contain creatine. I have taken KA with AN, and I have taken KA with another creatine source. John had mentioned in one thread that Kre-Anabolyn has about 10-15g of creatine in it, or Kre-Alkalyn in it...

Sorry I am slow and into day 2 of my famine and not thinking straight but this does not seem like enough stresses on the body t...
