Those are some of the exact reasons why I dramatically increased the size and scope of my home gym over the past 2 years.

But there are times that I do something while lifting that may temporarily cause a blip in the "idiot factor", I must admit.

I still like to do at least a little bit of a zig-zag with my calorie levels, even if bulking. It just seems like I should pump in some more calories on lifting days, specifically peri-workout. While bulking I may take in 3400-3600 on lifting days and 2700-2800 on non-lifting days as an example. I'v...

There are a couple of different intra-workout drinks you can utilize. The first utilizes tart cherry juice while the second is a protein based formula.

You can find specifics on these in the Logs forum and some different tweaks that you can use.

My input is to go ahead and do famine, especially since you will be on a 10 week run. I've experimented a lot this past year with IF and different meal protocols. I think it works really well when trying to recomp or cut, but I have trouble getting in enough food in the small feeding window when I a...

On the Static Holds you probably should cut back the time to about 5 seconds according to Rob. This should allow you to use heavier weights. That is what I do on all of my upper body Static Holds. But for lower body, I've found that I need to go longer on the Leg Press Static Hold, so I shoot for 15...

2.0 is geared more toward strength, while 3.0 is designed as a recomp.

That depends on whether you are doing a 2.0 or 3.0 BP.

For 2.0 you should use the 5 bridge workouts, as you need to determine your maxes before proceeding.

For 3.0 you don't need to do it as you should be able to jump right in to the static holds and EDT Blocks.

I do almost exactly that, as I just can't handle very much of the 1 rep work. I usually stay at 2-3 reps for my really heavy sets and then just use the poundage calculator to figure out what that is for a 1 rep max.

I've kind of modified things a little bit. First, I cut the volume down somewhat as there is no way I can do the amount of volume that Serge used to do. I think he has 35-40 sets for chest, which is crazy. I'm doing around 16-20 sets per bodypart. The only thing that I superset when doing this is on...

I've been experimenting with this for a while now doing different types of lifting to try to increase sarcoplasmic hypertrophy. I've done both 4X and modified 3X sets popularized by Steve Holman of Ironman. Right now I'm doing what is called Surge Nubret Pump Training. Google it for a good explanati...

I think you can easily be very creative with what you have available. I did my first few Blueprint runs mainly using limited equipment that I had at home at that time. I now have a huge home gym which makes things much easier and provides for a lot more variety, but during any given run you're only ...

You should check with AskMass here on the site to see if they can ship to the Philippines. If they can, then they have basically everything you need supplement-wise to get started.

I think you should stick to the regular 5 bridge workout plan without EDTs. For your Glutamine and BCAAs, I'm not sure on the ratio, but make sure that you have a high amt of leucine in there. All the research that I've seen referenced lately indicates that it is the most important component by far,...

You don't have to do the same muscle group with your first EDT Block as you did for your main lift, but many people do. You could certainly substitute shoulders in for chest if you want. As far as the loaded stretching, I would not do it with your main lift. Just concentrate on moving maximum pounda...
