when i did my 1 rm max during HIT training i went to load the weight up to 245 thinking i should be able to hit that for my 3 reps (i done 3rm max not 1rm max) but i accidentally loaded up 266 and still managed to get my 3 reps. its amazing how much of lifting is psychological, i actually read somet...

both of you guys are way ahead of me on chest, but my squats are a lot heavier than you guys lol.

started a 5 day split atm, gunna train some hypertrophy and probably run BP again in the new year, best of luck boys!

hehe Rob you managed to miss the point that i was saying adaptogens dont increase natural testosterone production, or if they do, its defiantly not their primary mechanism.

i would have thought the fact every adaptogen product has non-hormonal on it would have been a dead giveaway :oops:

Askmass, isn't one of the primary benefits of Suma Extract the boost in natural testosterone production? As such, isn't the increase in protein systhesis from using Suma Extract a direct result of the testosterone increase? My whole point was that these two options (AAS or Suma/ecdy) are different ...

no it doesn't make sense. Adaptogen N is a natural test booster (a combination of products SOME that boost test and SOME that are adaptogens). Kre-anabolyn is the active adaptogen sold by muscle MASS. Rob/someone with a lot more knowledge feel free to chime in, but AFAIK adaptogens do nothing to boo...

With AAS, natural test production shuts down, while with adaptogens you are attempting to boost natural production . I suppose that you could try to boost both natural production and supplement test levels with AAS, but what's the point? If you were trying to keep the natural production up, running...

dude i felt the same going from workout 5 to workout 6... insert a extra rest day and ready to have your mind blown away. I had no idea where the strength came from hey, but its definitely there.
