Perfected Creatine STACK?!?!?

All these supps should enhance creatines absorption without drastically increasing your insulin through simple sugars.... I would ...

Re: PES Erase question

This looks pretty interesting to say the least. I am running an Athletix Triple stack of Titanium XL(Test Booster/Anti-Estrogen--extreme Fenugreek), Formula X(Test Booster/Recovery--DAA,BCAA,etc), and Division 1(SHBG Inhibitor)... Hey Rob this is what I found, considering that AA does get destroyed when cooking with dry heat, I would hardboil my eggs. So I'm assuming the content of Arachidonic Acid of eggs: (sources below) at the high estimate: 195mg per yolk low estimate: 65mg per yolk duck eggs: 445mg per yolk Quantity of A...

I was reading up and I read that you can find High amounts of AA(main ingrediant in X-factor) in eggs especially duck eggs, along with liver.

Would it be a good idea to aqdd these foods while taking Xfactor, or even maybe use these foods instead of Xfactor.

also 1 more thing, what other supplements would be good to take with x-factor, and what should I avoid, I was planning on BCAA + fish oil, is this okay, or will fish oil anti-inflamatory effects negate the xfactor?

I'm doing this because I started to see a decrease in my commitment as I started to really pig out...
