Synthagen effects/tolerance

Finishing up the last 4 weeks of a cycle and got my Synthagen in the mail today for an extra boost. I popped 7 caps pre workout, 7 post with my meal. I noticed a slight tingling sensation all over, and my inner upper legs and thighs turned red after I took a shower, they were especially tingly and I...

You can see that I executed famine properly, because my mind wasn't working and I typed "Would the transdermal DHEA + adaptogen N together during famine be a waste?" instead of "Would the transdermal DHEA + adaptogen N together after famine be a waste? I ended up going with AN and MPS.

I finished day 5 of famine yesterday. My HR this morning was exactly the same as the morning of day 1. I lost 5 lbs over that days so I'm pretty sure I got the diet right. My multistix showed protein to be between trace and the next interval. I guess this is the 4th BP cycle I've done and I don't us...

Feast supps

In BP 2.0 Kreanabolyn is recommended as an adaptogen post famine and Adaptogen N for test boosting, and then some large doses of amino acids for icing on the cake. I have those, as well as some transdermal DHEA and synthagen lying around too. Would the transdermal DHEA + adaptogen N together during ...

Been awhile since I posted. Halfway through feast GLP of my 4th BP cycle before cutting in April. I'm definitely fatter, so I wonder how that has contributed to my measurements. My original measurements are in the thread's first post. Today I measured and wanted to share the results Chest: 43 Arms: ...

Special holidays edition post. Just finished feast of my 3rd BP cycle. This one was special, because I was home for the holidays, which meant I had a spotter and PLENTY of high protein food available. I also switched proteins from ON to Mass Pro. Unfortunately, I did not watch my calories closely an...

Thanks for the reply. On protein, I was wondering if you had any target numbers?

Famine - MultiStix targets

Hey Rob. Could you mention the ideal targets for ketone/ph/protein? End of famine day 5 I usually get moderate (4.0)/6.5/30 (+) respectively.

Makes sense. Would it be as efficient to drink flax seed, fish oil, or avocado? In my situation these are cheaper to obtain, but I have some olives and nuts nonetheless. I finished famine yesterday. Today I had churasco for lunch until I couldn't eat. If you're not familiar its basically all you can...

Rob, was wondering if you could elaborate on why you chose nuts and olives for the beginning of feast?

Today was my last feast workout. I was extremely busy today and didn't get to each much today. I definitely felt weak in the gym. Seeing as the end of feast should represent the peak of growth from a BP cycle, here are some before after pics. Not huge progress, but I'm pretty sure my calories were l...

Feast Day 37 - Workout 10 (GLP #5) - Aug 15 Weight 169 I've omitted GLP #4 as I don't have the numbers. Came down with a stomach virus which affected my diet for 5 days, 2 of which I could not keep down any food for more than an hour. Then I decided to take some additional time off to recoup some mo...
