Interesting outlook. Unsure how long it takes to ride 20 miles (or your midpoint), but Rob suggests leaning away from taking fast-absorbing amino's anywhere around MPS. Does your opinion differ? If so, kind curious to why?

Amen brother. Women who don't "let themselves go...", are the SEXIEST women alive! Nothing better than a woman who trains. NOTHING... 8) Haha, have a lady I work with that I see at the gym frequently that has a daughter 3ish years younger than myself (I'm 24) -- the mom is a bombshell! Fu...

Honestly, I felt like my T was through the roof via sex drive, breakouts, and other "firmness" areas (ha), but I didn't notice too much in the gym gain wise. Would this typically be because I'm still in prime for test (24 now, 22-23 when I took the stack)? I didn't have any tests done, as ...

Er, following the book cruise is basically a 5x5 workout program for a few weeks. Then take a week off and redue famine/feast ect. The 12 workouts are for feast, not cruise if I remember correctly.

Loading programs are also for feast.

I believe you're to drop most supps during cruise. Things like BIU/Synthagen/Tranquilogen would be OK to continue.

Up to you, really. I ran my first run without supps other than a pre-workout and whey. Saw great gains. 2nd run I took the BP stack and honestly didn't see a huge difference in the weight room. AN gave me a big boost in libido/stiffer stuff in the pants but honestly I don't think I've made it all th...

Up the hell out of your calories and hit that mark. Day 3 is typically where I get bitchslapped with the fatigue/drained feeling. First 2 days are typically not so bad.

I personally stay away from any protein based foods (meat/fish). You get protein from oats and various other foods I typically eat during famine so I try to stay away from that considering I try to get as small amounts of protein as possible. All up to you though bud. Honestly just diving into it is...

No bicep work? I found between the static holds and incline press my shoulders tend to get hit decently well. Thing I find that lacks behind in progress is generally my bis.

Edit: In BP runs* anyway.

The desired effects of famine will work out if you replace those veggies out for other fruit/veggies (coming from someone that hates the taste of a lot of veggies). Only stipulation I really go into is calories at 8xbody weight and <30 grams of protein (I was under 200 lbs though) a day.

I've been trying to lay off supps for the most part (besides some protein shakes here and there and some pre stuff to kick my lazy ass in gear on the long work days) but I'm actually kind of interested in this. Would love to see how it effects my "grumpy ass" -- to put it nicely ;). My moo...
