OK... so I've been so busy I have not been able to log in. So here is my update: Last week I only lifted twice, and did cardio once (not good, but was seriously sore and busy). Another 2 pounds dropped for a total of 10 pounds in 4 days. WOW.

Ready for some protein though in a BIG way!

Just wanted to update/share with you guys that I've lost 8 pounds and 1.5% bodyfat in my first 2 days!!!

Down 1 inch around the gut!!!!

I've kept updates on that bodyblog page. Love to see you guys over there!
