You can swing it up to where your almost hanging by the knees upside down. The same amount of adjustability for incline applys to decline. Plenty of flexibility, and the leg attachment that holds you in place secucurely is adjustable which helps in a squat rack for benching. You won't have to extend...

You want to check out the Super Bench by Ironmaster. This will be the last bench you buy. I have one and it is a beast as far as durability and it has really comfortable durable padding too... Better than ones at some gyms.

I should also note that I just completed my first red zone w.o. in GLP 2 so that is why I am concerned about my adrenals. When the doc told me that he was giving me a steroid I thought well this ain't such a bad deal after all. Lol.

Fluticasone Propionate

I was recently prescribed Fluticasone Propionate which is a steriod nasal inhaler. I am on day 10 of a 30 day prescribed dosing protocol (although they gave me enough for 60 days) for acute sinusitis which I was also prescribed antibiotics (Amoxicillian). Super Cissus by USP Labs has done wonders for me and my wife the past 5 or so years. 2 before breakfast and 2 before dinner. Also follow the BP templates and listen to your body instead of going balls out all the time really helps. I am 32 and I feel better now than when I was in my early 20's.

My wife has been running the BP along with me now for a couple of years. She has seen some good gains/pr's and has been happy with 3.0 especially due to the fact that she tends to get burned out/overtrained and this program addresses that. Tell here to give it a shot and if she isn't in gainsville i...

I am a happy subscriber to the BP bulliten. Great information! I was planning on using EGCG after I started feast but now I will probably reconsider starting earlier. I already have it on hand due to my wife running the EC+EGCG stack. She is having good results so far except for when she does cardio...

EC stack during famine?

I was considering starting my EC stack on the first day of famine. Has anyone tried this and/or has anyone taken this into consideration to help with hunger and fat loss during this portion of a 3.0 run. Thoughts and opinions are apreciated.

Thanks for the voucher John! Me and the wife have considered purchasing this in the past due to going boating in the summer and getting sunburnt early in the season.

The spud belt actually has multiple uses, one of which is my favorite use in 3.0 is weighted dips. The width of the belt makes it easy to load up heavy and lean slightly foward at the bottom of the rep to nail the chest and delts. I only wish the belt was a little shorter. To squat with it and the 1...

Are you concerned about injuring your back? I know I was and that's why I invested in the spud belt that is recomended in 2.0 and it worked great! It took me a little bit to dial it in (2 workouts) but I gained 9 pounds over 5 weeks with just a little fat. Keep in mind though that I am only 5'5"...

Well I got the hell out of the city in '98. Family is still there but I sit in Pontiac Il now. To many CRAZY MOFO's on the southside. I am sure someone here on the board is from there, you would think?

Things are heatin' up! Some upset's this weekend for sure. Packer's all of a sudden have a running game? Seahawks are coming to town. Who would have thought that they would beat the saints. Bears should win this one but it might not be as easy as they think. Defense needs to step up to shut them down.
