I've used the following: So Delicious Unsweetened and Vanilla Silk Unsweetened and Vanilla The vanilla varieties of both brands taste pretty good with little to no taste of coconut and it is what i prefer when making my shakes. Adds a nice flavor to them. The unsweetened varieties seem to be a littl...

I've been using Dymatize Iso-100 with some good success. Good recovery times (especially when used with Karbolyn), great taste (vanilla is no where as tasty as MASS PRO, though), easily mixed, and its cheap. I want to go back to using ON Hydrolized Whey, but it is pretty pricey. My favorite MASS PRO...

Brain, Thanks for the tip, although during famine i was messing around with the warrior diet timing. I ended up fasting until about 1pm then drinking this shake after the workouts. I've also started incorporating Coconut milk into my shakes for feast. I use it for both my meal replacements and as an...

Famine: Coconut Milk

During my new round of BP, I found that coconut milk was very filling, low in calories and only has 1g of protein per serving. I've been making fruit smoothies with it, which are pretty tasty. 1/2 Banana 8oz Coconut Milk 4oz V8 Splash Light: Peach/Mango A few frozen mango chunks from Dole Just an id...

I made the one Rob listed in his post. When I wanted a little more calories I threw in some scoops of the gainer (BSN Truemass) i had in place of the protein powder. After all was said and done, my shakes would register in at about 1300 calories. Just play around with it until you get the calories a...

Ok, so things have been going well throughout my Feast. Sorry for the lack of updates, but things have been hectic due to work, holidays, and family life. I have been able to keep a 1on 2off (sometimes 3) schedule. End of the BP bridge workouts helped me determine a 245lb BP max (NEW PR) and a 335lb...

Feast Days 10 and 11 : Calories are near maintenance (~2900). Cardio consisted of HIIT (1 min on: 30 seconds rest for 8 rounds). Looked at the BP ebook again and realized that I didn't do Workout #3 correctly. I did the 6-8 range reps when I should have done 2-3. I'll be repeating Workout #3 again.
