tried removing the hair from chafing area?
maybe after a while your body will get used to it and re-enforce the area, like the same process how calluses are formed.

but on the bright side your legs are so stacked their chafing! a blessing and a curse :D

wonder how the pros deal with it :?

I wouldn't say everyone's ultimate goal is to look better, I believe many people train with the blueprint for athletic performance purposes. strength and size does not have a strong correlation as most people think, therefore pictures are not the best method to judge the program. thanks for the reply! I have been giving longer rests between sets and this helps a lot! creatine definitely plays a large part in this, I googled creatine and anxiety and a lot came up. strange tho, after taking it on and off for two years, but if I take 5g now I have a lot of anxiety like symtoms ...

and regarding the shelf life I don't think it would be an issue, just the standard keep out of direct sun light, moisture, excessive heat ect ect
