A tip for anyone going to have their mercury fillings removed and replaced with some other filling... The common thing, atleast in Europe, is to use composite materials - instead of gold, glass, porcelain - for fillings. A fairly popular one is BisGMA. What is BisGMA? It's bisphenol A -glycidyl meth...

Re: BP Begginer Questions
Hi, I am new to the Blueprint and pretty excited about it. After reading through the BP 2.0 and 3.0 I have a couple of questions. As there is no beginners forum, I hope it is ok to post all of them here. 1.) I rarely have around 10 straight weeks for a complete BP cycle due to business trips. More ...

Not to answer for Rob as he is Mr. BP, but if you are using MPS I would not add any additional BA concurrent because the ratio he tested out as best for the Synthagen complex is very specific and set. Oh ya, my bad. I should have clarified. I am not using MPS. Will start hitting that baby up next y...

Found this old thread using the search function.... So I'm finishing up my third bp3 run and entering 3 weeks of cruise. What does this have to do with beta-alanine? It happens to be that I have a big jar of it in my cupboard here and heck I might as well use it, no? The internet tells me that 3-4 w...

Following this thread with great interest.. and coming from Sweden I always find it perplexing that so many countries even allow mercury fillings to be put in. They've been banned in Sweden/Denmark/Norway for some time now. Anyway this thing about oil pulling I found interesting and I thought I'd co...

EFFECTS THAT I'VE NOTICED: decreased energy; feeling weaker when in gym; desire to sleep longer; when lying in bed at night it feels like my heart is beating harder, just not faster. Also you have dropped 6lbs in 3 days. Sounds to me that you're doing just fine. I wouldn't worry about the HR at all...
