It was, as they say, "off the hook." I'm gonna order a CD even though I did attend.

I'm just coming to the end of my BP3.0 feast. As most I originally came from training all day every day. Had a very good encounter with 1 on and 2 off last year (Dan John's Mass Made Simple. Which I'm gonna give another go on a feast one of these days...) so I wasn't that chocked. Tbh. following the...

Carl posted on facebook that there would be no MP3 download, although many who registered won't be able to attend the live seminar (time zone issues for me). Is there any reasoning for this? Can't think of one... This is horrible news. And Rob posted earlier in this thread that it was being recorde...

Definitely looking forward to this baby. Sadly won't be there live. Just going off BP3 feast this week.. (and what good results it has given me! Stronger and leaner! It's almost like cheating). Gonna stick this arm blasting session into the cruise somewhere. :)

Well I signed up for this.. won't be attending though. If it is not downloadable after the actual live stream it's just $9.95 I've lost anyway. :)

If I register and can't attend at the specified time (time zone issues!) is there a mp3 download or something of the sort for listening in afterwards?

Two more days of rest. One being "cardio" which turned into doing the following: 100 skips with the jump rope level 2 CC push ups 100 skips with the jump rope level 2 CC squats 3 rounds of that to get me up to the 3x40 progression standard. Having realised during the famine how much I hate...

3) Do you guys not suggest whites? I'm taking fish oil supplement for the fats. What about a wheat bagel? That is about 300 calories from the Deli that would feed me in the morning. How bad is bacon? Whites, eh? The problem with eating just the whites is that the amino acid profile is sub par. You ...

Re: HIIT and Kettlebell Complexes

Rob, Do you feel that adding in 3 rounds of Kettlebell complexes to the 3 BP weekly workouts would be detrimental or beneficial. The exercises would consist of KB swing, KB clean and press, KB snatch and KB front squat all in succession. Perhaps doing this complex 3 times with 1minute rest n betwee...

Re: hiit

Kettlebells might make sense at a lower weight. But i fear that you might not be able to do enough to cross into the aerobic zone energy system and keep your heart rate up for atleast 5 min. Done properly it is no problem to get into HIIT-ranges. Check Kenneth Jay's book "Viking Warrior Condit...
