First day of famine

Famine: DAY 1 Had my first day of famine and my first famine workout. I followed the workout as outlined and achieved the high end of the rep range on each of the movements, possibly under doing it on some of them. Otherwise, it was very solid. Feeling kind of hungry, but I guess that's to be expec...

Serious lifting in here, Big.Jaz. A really phenomenal job.

Have you used other belts before? How does the Inzer Forever Lever compare?

Just for clarification because I feel that the BP is not terribly clear on all this: In general, prior to performing the chosen loading pattern, we perform the normal feast "bridge" workouts (as outlined in the feast stickies) in order to establish a 1RM. Following these "bridge"...

Re: Linkiroth gets strong, Blueprint Journey part I.

Well, although I was planning on waiting out this training cycle due to a PT eval (I'm military) it turns out that I don't eval until the end of the year, giving me plenty of time to do a BP run. A little background on me: 21 years old Married, have a beautiful 4 month old baby boy. Been training s...

Thanks, DTB; and thanks for the calculator! It's going to make this whole process that much easier.

I'm not exactly following the periodic... I'm doing GLP 1 after the bridge though, and I'm going to save GLP 2 for a second feast phase. Because personally, it would be way too long of a feast for me. I think my body works better in short phases. The BP Periodic is set up to go straight through, or...

Re: Question on the Blueprint Periodic

I've been looking on the forum for at least an hour for information on the BP Periodic so I just decided to ask. When running GLP 1 & 2 during feast phase, do I both bench AND squat according to the pattern listed in the book or is it a single lift programme? Thanks in advance for the help! Sor...

Awesome. Thanks for the help. I'm really looking forward to starting my BP run in a few weeks. Putting it off so that when 3.0 drops I can make modifications according to Rob's recommendations.

Hey, Rob, I was getting really into BP Periodic (Still getting as much knowledge as possible and wrapping up a routine+PT test before starting BP). Will periodic remain [mostly] unchanged with BP 3.0?
