All this said, a version without melatonin unfortunately would only appeal to a small number of patrons, and more importantly it's removal would negatively impact results because it is a key component for it's interplay with all the other compounds. It's not there for it's effect on sleep, in a nut...

I'm also wondering if this would be good to use in conjunction with ephedrine/caffeine or if it would result in a negative feedback loop reducing cAMP.

Can you elaborate on the effects and dosing?

I took a product called cAmphobolic ~10 years ago, but I don't remember it doing much. I don't know that the forskolin was Sabinsa's Forslean, though.

Thanks for the responses, guys. I'll probably skip this evening's dose then resume at 2 caps. I shook most of the haze at ~1:30 pm but I'm still a little sleepy.

Adaptogen N - Sleepy during day?

Has anyone had any experience with Adaptogen N causing sleepiness during the day? I've been dosing 3 caps M-F fo a week and a half now about an hour before bed. My sleep is wonderful (~8-9 hours/night) and I'm having really vivid dreams but as I sit here and type this, I feel like I need a nap even ...

I'm not so sure about the health aspects of it, but from a pump perspective glycerol monostearate is (to date) the best I've experienced other than using RPN's Havoc. Of course these two are apples and oranges. Also, I've never used an arginine-based product that had any discernable effect, so that ...

I've been taking unmodified potato starch for 5 weeks now. I intend to continue since I believe three things: 1) research on gut microbiome strongly suggests a symbiotic cause and effect relationship with overall health 2) research suggests that resistant starch provides nourishment for the "go...

Yep, It was bad news bears... I started back at 1 tbsp, then upped it to 2tbsp. It gave me gas, but at a fraction of what I experienced before. Reading on the "freetheanimal" blog, I saw that it reduces over time and I've found that to be true. Next week, i'll up it to 3 tbsp. I should not...

At 4 tablespoons of unmodified potato starch for a few days, I can definitely say that I had some pretty vivid dreams. Sleep was also deeper than usual. Now for the bad...GAS...like I've never had...ever.... I took Sunday off and will likely wait another day to reintroduce it at a lower dose. My wif...

I'll report back. I've been IF'ing for the past 2 years and have used arguably one of the best alkalyzing supplements on the market complete with digestive enzymes and probiotics (Vitamineral Green). That said, I feel like I can offer a pretty fair comparison. In addition to body composition I'm int...

Resistance Starch

I read an article earlier that led me to an interesting site where I found this article (in case anyone is interested in gut microbiome and potential effects on body composition).

P.S. Before going to bed, I attach the alligator clips to the top of my undies, just below my navel. I do this for two reasons: 1) I decided I didn't like the initial idea of taping things to my feet or tucking things into my socks because I figured it could get annoying while trying to fall asleep....

tman, When you get the design of your socket device stablilized, please post schematics and /or parts list… I'm pretty happy with the device so far. If it changes I will update. I intend to use a 100k ohm resistor. I got all parts at Home Depot. As I mentioned earlier, I'll probably get the resisto...
