That's what I would do too. If you extend Famine, you would risk losing hard earned muscle.

The Postal Service pulls through and finally tracks down my Synthagen today! Hellz yeah!!! I'll try it out Sunday for the first time, which will be just before my 1st Feast workout. Rob, I'm doing a 3.0 run, so what do you think would benefit me more: 7-MPS Pre, 7-MPS Post, and then my AN before bed...

Sounds awesome! Good luck Matter! I know you can handle anything you take on.

I saw some pics of Ben from his last 2 competitions. He's on fire right now. But, I think he should do less competitions and focus on one big one.

I adjusted my Famine Workout 3 a little bit. Instead of doing a superset of 1-Arm DB Rows and Chinups, I broke them up and paired them each with Leg Presses. So, I ended up doing 15 sets of Leg Presses. It was a good workout for the 5th day of Famine. Famine Workout 3: Leg Press: 12 x 270, 12 x 270,...

Oh yeah, I definitely plan on using it. As long as I can track it down. The post office is going to talk to the mail carrier today to see what happened. If I get it, I plan on starting it Sunday, which would be my 1st Feast workout.

I was supposed to receive my MPS yesterday, and it was never delivered. The tracking says it was delivered, so I called the Post Office and they said that it definitely was. They told me I need to call a police investigator. Ugh. Figures. This has never happened before.

Yesterday was pretty good. I got a little tired in the afternoon. But that's from a caloric deficit and a lot of yard work. Overall, I still feel pretty good. We'll see how today's workout goes. Missed my caloric goal again yesterday. No biggie. Still have the protein low. Yesterday's numbers: Calor...
