In 2.0 it says 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight. In 3.0 it says 25% ratio of protein. Both are during the feast phase. 1.5g of protein is 900 calories for me, which means my total calories must be 3600 according to the ratio. So that doesnt make sense 900 calories worth of protein = 225g Any...

Can't handle CNS strain quite like that at the moment, I'm feeble and prepping for a bodybuilding show, shortly after the end of the year though I will be putting up numbers to blow everyone's mind :)

I don't do static contraction training just yet, but what would make the most sense to me would be to hold it halfway through the motion Unlock the leg press, proceed to come halfway down (your knees will be at approximately a 45 degree bend) - and hold it there I'd bet that'll be a humbling experie...

correct me if I'm wrong - but wouldn't it serve you alot better in terms of strength to do the leg press static hold at a position that isn't locked out?

the insulin spike from BCAA's is negligible

and in the grand scheme of things, unless you are doing a ketogenic diet and insulin spike is not bad for fat loss.

When push comes to shove all that matters is calories

that's it

no exceptions

period.
