You basically want to be at the strongest position to handle maximal weight, so you should be fully extended or darned close. If you have enough weight on the exercise, you will fully overload the muscle.

If I'm understanding you correctly, you were trying to do the Static Holds using the chest press and seated press machines. The problem with those is that you start in or close to the stretch position. For a Static Hold you want to be close to the strongest, end-point contracted position. As an exam...

You've definitely got some overlap. I wouldn't use the transdermal and AN together-use one or the other. If you're using Synthagen, you can still use KA, but decrease the amount and probably only use on lifting days. I think that it can help give you a little boost doing it this way, but don't waste...

Wow, those levels do look low. You may want to look into doing a full blood profile that will include the hormone levels. I use Life Extension Foundation. You'll have to go to a lab to get your blood sample drawn and it cost me about $200, but you'll know that the results are accurate.

I think the name is based off of the fact that he has trained a bunch of Hollywood people for roles where they needed to add a bunch of muscle and get fairly ripped for their movie.

"Superhero Training"

Has anyone done this program by Christian Thibaudeau? I've reviewed it several times and it looks pretty intense as a recomp type program. I like the fact that it has some heavy partials in addition to explosive movements and shorter rest periods. Obviously I think the supplement recommendations ove...

Was too busy and lazy last week to post, so I didn't get my final 2 workouts posted. I continued to hit PRs on just about everything. My Decline Press Static Hold went up to 430. That's an increase from 395 the last time I ran 3.0. Rack Pulls Static Hold went up to 550. That's an increase from 525 a...

I would just count it as 2 reps as you could probably do 6 or 7 of the half-reps, maybe even more, so they really don't count.

I've been using both Synthagen and AN on my 3.0 run. It has been working great as I've already killed all of my PRs from any previous runs with a week still to go. I've run Synthagen at full strength, while I did AN for 21 days straight, then have cut back to 5on/2off for the last 3 weeks. My muscle...

Considering the amount of time that you have had off, I would start with something like GLP 1, allowing yourself plenty of rest days. Jumping into 3.0 or something complicated would be biting off a little too much, IMO.
