lost my lifting straps and wasnt feeling it so much so the workout was cut a lil short..
top range rack pull (without straps)
315 x15 x14(grip failed)
Squats 195 x6x6x6x6x6
Roman chair (instead of reverse hypers) 45lbs x6 x6
Decline crunches x15 x13

I see you didn't make a post for every day, that got me right confused for a minute lol... How much weight did you lose during famine? Maybe you weren't eating enough in those first few days of feast... how are things going now?? Ive been super busy and I left days out rather than guess what I did....

No weight on your dips? Do you find they bother your shoulder? I haven't done dips in forever but normally the dips hurt my elbows as I am double jointed in my elbows. I will be starting my next run on monday doing a recomp/cut on bp 3.0 using the full 3.0 this time. I did a hybrid of 2.0 and 3.0 last time and lost a ton of fat. I will also be going to an alternating fast (every other day im limited to 500 cals at most) with workouts happening only on full eating ...
