Update

Okay so heres the update; Weight has increased to 217 maybe the lecthin granuals and/or ghrp-6 either way im fucking heavier without doing much to calories waist i believe has decreased 0.5 inches but that will need to be clarified on a control day when i took that measurement i was rested and hadnt...

yeah im the same they certainly do put water on my chest i always notice this because it almost looks like gyno haha but `s soon as i drop it chest goes back to normal its real odd !

so im around 10 days in .The progenadrex has made my appetite go up significantly again, in the context i seem to eat a big meal and shortly after i can eat again reps have increased on stack 10 days however on my LAtt sessions the chins are harder due to me gaining from 208 to 212 in the first week...
