thanks brainsquirt that definitely helped me

and askmass it should be completely understandable as i cant see people wanting an energy product/fat burner without caffeine in it

so would taking BUI on workout days negate all the good effects or its still worth it??

i would just like to say the resting heart rate thing is very true

i had a heartrate of 75 bpm with 14% bodyfat, which made me think wow i have to do more cardio i must be dying or something..

but then i took a week off and my heartrate is now 60 bpm... wow talk about overreaching

i think you dont need to workout on day 5 but you still famine for it for example

day 1 - workout 1
day 2 - off
day 3 - workout 2
day 4 - off
day 5 - off

someone correct me if im wrong :oops:


also i have a question... should cardio be done on rest-famine days?
or will this be too catabolic?
