Thanks Rob for the explicit answer in SuperHumanRadio!

I will be taking the advice and reporting back here how it goes.

BTW, I have just ordered the MPS twin pack directly from MASS all the way to Finland, just to compare cost/time with Predator.

@Rob: now that we got MPS here in North Europe, the next challenge is to get the tart cherry juice at the grocery store.

what would be second best to use with MPS if we cannot get tart cherry juice?

thanks Rob for all the guidance to maximize our MPS!

BP 2.0 workout #5 pulled a back muscle.....

Hi, While performing my 1 RM in BP 2.0 for bench press (210 lbs) I lightly pulled a back muscle on my left side. Luckily I was smart enough not to continue with my 1RM squat followed by heavy DL stretch, believe me it was difficult to quit the workout after so much preparation for that 1 RM.... It i...

I had used Active Xtreme and the results were very poor to nil.

In my first BP I run bioforge promax next to ebol ecdy and that was better than active xtreme as test booster & overall feeling

I am in my second week of cruise, first BP 3.0 for recomp...I follow warrior diet/IF. Primal diet sounds good for a Recomp (specially if you eat those big chunks of meat with fat and good amount of eggs), just keep in mind that those BP 3.0 workouts will deplete your glycogen really quick and you wi...

I also add yogurt to my protein shake. Long time ago I drop those commercial brands of "yogurt". I´m using original greek yogurt 10% fat that gives a nice consistency & flavor. How to know if this kind of yogurt has those active probiotics? or what to look in the ingredients to get tho...

whole milk or skim milk?

lately I have added to my diet full fat dairy like greek yog and cottage cheese ( it taste so much better than low fat..amazing) yielding good results.

I would like to get some raw milk but at least here in Finland seems quite a challange :(

dairy + eggs = WIN
