Hey, I had a friend ask and I wasn't sure how to answer, but what is a good protein for women. The woman in question doesn't hit the weights, she does mostly yoga, pilates (both can be tough workouts) and cardio. What are you suggestions as to a good protein for her.

I like the dixie cup idea. I am in Texas so I believe that it is legal to use the Pepper in the cup. I am not sure on the northern states, but in texas we like it hot. I will try to get my wife to help me out here, this will be the most action I have gotten in 2 months. :lol:

Softball

So I did legs last night, did squats and deadlifts, along with some rack pulls and some good mornings. I then had a softball game later that night and think I might have over done it. I pulled my hamstring plus quad on my left leg, any advice for a quick recovery?

Actually that 5 weeks should be closer to 8 weeks, have a few weeks of cruise to do after I finish the russian, and then I wanted to take a week off, so actually maybe 9 weeks.

My wife use to look like the blonde, when she played soccer in college. A desk job and having a baby can do some unwanted changes, especially if you don't work out anymore. It's okay, I love her the same especailly since she loves me even after I put on 40 lbs since college.

I can't wait, really excited to see what this edition holds. As for the workout did squats 6 sets of 2 at 250 lbs, and did 6 sets of 8 deadlifts at 200. Then moved on to leg extesions and leg curls 5 sets of 8. Then did calf raises and abs to end. All in all a good workout for a week off.

Well, I took a week off of the BP, but not working out. I went to Vegas for a wedding in which I was to be the best man. Had a good time, didn't really gamble, lets see I won 15 dollars and wifey lost 25 dollars. Not bad. She has family in the area so we stayed with them and had a blast for 6 days a...

Alright, I have not had the chance to post in a while, but I have to say...I am sore, but feeling good. Just finished the 6 sets of 4 in the Russian, did 225 on chest, 265 on legs, and 200 on dead lifts. Can't wait for the cruise phase.

I have same problem with the lactose, I have to search hard for proteins that will not destroy my stomach. I have been trying mine with some lactose free milk and I have to say they are really good.
