Listen to your body!!!! If your body says that you need to take that extra day then do it. On the first 5 workouts, I do back to back... would not suggest doing this for most people. My 13 month old son has started to wake up at 3 am for the past three days, I tried to explain to him that daddy has to work but he just doesn't understand. Forgot to add my new maxes. When I finished glp #2 I was able to do 315 lbs, but I went into the hospital the next day and did not lift for 3 weeks after that, forgoe cruise and forgoing all of my new prs.
