This is terrific peri-workout advice.

I enjoy the chocolate, but nothing replaces vanilla + pineapple juice and the aforementioned ice cubes IMO :)

There's nothing wrong with drinking whey after you've trained, but if you drink one an hour before it's a bit better. And it's probably even more effective if you drink one an hour before and after...

Great post Matt. I need to do a better job managing my BP. Most of the time it's excellent. But I let money issues, personal stuff etc get to me sometimes.
