I believe Rob gives it for free for those that have supported 2.0! Very generous move on his part.

I hope so! Tomorrow is my first day of feast, and I have a general idea of the calories I'm looking at for 3.0. But I'd like to make sure lol. Rob mentioned it would be VERY soon!

Doolee's Second BP Run, Recomp Time!

Starting famine at the moment. I usually don't workout in the morning, but things went smoothly, regardless. Meal 1 (Pre Workout): 2 cups of plain cheerios + half a grapefruit Meal 2 (Post Workout): 2 nutrigrain bars. Was in a hurry so I just picked them up. Meal 3: (Post Cardio ><): Huge salad - 4 ...

Ya usually I do sprints for any cardio when by myself. That was the most brutal cardio session of all time. I feel like i'm already around day 3-4! Was nauseous which is funny considering I have nothing in my stomach =)

LISS? Would that be like my alternation of walking and running? And thank you Hank. Makes me feel a bit better, because I know it is very catabolic to run long distance. But this cannot be avoided LOL

Long Cardio During Famine. Help!!!

So I'm pretty much whipped by my girl when it comes to our running days (which unfortunately happen to be EVERYDAY i have a famine workout). We generally do 4-5 miles at a low intensity (alternating 1 lap walking 1 lap running). Though cardio typically targets visceral fat, I'm still a bit concerned...

DHEA in AN

Was wondering the reason why this was included in the formula. It was mentioned on a few boards recently as having a high conversion ratio to estrogen, and having little benefit for those under 40. I will still take AN for the other ingredients this next BP run, but was just wanting to hear input fr...

I use a nutrient partitioner, regardless.
Specifically glycobol for my next run. I believe it has cinnamon extract. Interesting that it works so well for diabetics.

Very useful in my opinion if you want a nutrient partitioner. One of the best on the market, and good for strength gains.
Slinsane by Genomyx is also a very solid option.

K i'll try to keep this friendly... It is a marathon not a race. But I wanted to take advantage of my teen years while my test levels are still as high as they will be. I'm also approaching single digit bf within the next month, so I wouldn't say a blob. In regards to the study, the point of the stu...

Yes. My first run was KA alone, and I saw great progress. And I still have my Adaptogen N waiting for a separate run. Or you could stack them both, and perform a second run with no supplements.
The BP is not supplement based.

1.Naturally stronger than me? Congratulations. I'm in it for size, not strength. Though, I do not mind gains in my lifts. And I'm assuming you are going by my last log for my bench stats? Probably not the most accurate representation of my bench.. at all. The Blueprint was my first strength-type pro...
