Not really sure what warranted all that hostility. I'm just stating that no person should take in 350g of protein on a daily basis unless they want to strain their kidneys. And it is also pretty wasteful for bodybuilding purposes as well. Your body can only absorb so much protein at once... I don't ...

Haha. It is a little ambitious, but at 500-700 calories a day, it is slightly realistic. My maintenance is around 2400.

Decent Stack for next BP run?

Thinking about doing the following:
Adaptogen N for test
EBOL for ecdy. Thought I'd give this product a try as well.
Glycobol for the hydroxyiso since not doing KA. and also wanting to see NA-R-ALA's recomp effects in 3.0 =D!

Would any of this be in excess?

If it helps to clarify, I believe myself an endomorph *wince*. I'm not really worried about fueling workouts during the famine week. But I would be missing the benefits of the detox like you mentioned. I was just hoping to drop 2% or so bf during the week. And of course losing even more with the rec...

LOL 100g to 350g might be a bit extreme! I'd suggest a simple 1g per pound, and just move the extra calories all to carbs. Assuming a bulk.

Any cold processed whey would be beneficial. Maybe a blend with some healthy fats added (trutein). In addition, I've read multiple times that Mass Pro is excellent for a general well-being/health protein in addition to its purpose in the blueprint.

I personally loved DY protein, but I would wait till it comes up on wheycheap. Vanilla was excellent tasting, and well worth the money (which was relatively cheap).

Am I missing something? Branch chains already are in a free form. so 5g pure leucine would be the same thing as 10g bcaa (2:1:1). ???

Would just stick with 2:1:1 or 4:1:1 at most. Really doesn't matter too much. Just aim for 4g leucine total. I believe Rob mentioned this earlier.
