I feel like I want to try ebol, and I cringed after reading you threw away 2/3 of a bottle. But KA does work too good to be true at times.

Yes mass pro berries and creme is my favorite flavour along with vasolate strawberry but these are too expensive.I think cold processed is overrated, you denature protein in the process of digesting it.I dont know any cold processed besides mass pro. Haha I've been meaning to buy some vasolate as s...

So far the joint pains have been getting better. I haven't tried cissus, and might mix it up following this can of animal flex. Will hopefully offer a comparison for those interested in joint support for the future.

I've tried mostly blend proteins as they are typically cheaper, and I don't stress on proteins. I have gone through multiple tubs of ON whey (not sure if cold processed), and they are ALRIGHT in taste/good profile. Usually, my proteins are meal replacement, and I go with cold processed economy blend...

Used 2 bottles of KA in a single BP cycle of about 2 months. Apart from essentials, KA is without a doubt the best supplement investment I've made to date. And i've tried A LOT of products. Will definitely not stray from this gem come 3.0.

How do gains from Sheiko, both hypertrophy and strength, compare with the GLPs? This is assuming one doesn't overtrain.

Ya was not a fan of any animal product I've tried so far. This is probably the last product I'm willing to try from them, and only due to price point. Any suggestions for future consideration regarding joint support, askmass? AAEFX.... /sigh.

Not a big fan as a lot of their formulas seem ineffective/wasteful. Flex doesn't look that bad though. Not sure about the potency/qualtity of the ingredients, but the doses are generous considering the price. Ended up going with animal flex, and a 1 week trial of osteosport (cissus seems to be the o...

Any advice on taking the stuff? I have a decent tolerance to bad tasting supplements, but I've heard Cissus is pretty bad.

Joint Support

Done a lot of comparison on products, and I'm down to two: Animal Flex- pros: very economical. 20 dollars for a month and a half. generous dosings Osteosport- pros: Has Cissus which has great reviews. similar ingredients to animal flex cons: A bit more pricey at 30 dollars per month Although the cis...

KA is a definite when bulking. Surreal strength gains. I would recommend investing in a fish oil as well.
Not sure about your college, but mine doesn't have tuna/salmon often =).

I get my anavite for about 20 bucks a month. Not too shabby imo, and i like the beta alanine since my preworkout doesn't have much. But, I must also say I've never tried a MASS product that I didn't like ^^
