Rob, do you think Yoga is a good active recovery exercise? I read somewhere that stretching the day after lifting will add some strength to your lifts. I also want to increase my flexibility as well. Usually 1 hour of Yoga makes me feel like a million bucks afterwards.

I do 1/2 cup full fat cottage cheese + 1 container Greek yogurt + 1 scoop casein w/water. I think it's a good idea of almost anyone, not just hardgainers.

Today's workout: 4 sets X 5 reps Bench --- 195 superset w/dumbbell pullovers 75 Squat --- 255 superset w/dumbbell dimm...

I've just gotten through the first german loading pattern, already seeing some results and shirts are getting tighter. Gained a bit of body fat though, but lifts have shot up. Biggest changes in the shoulders, pecs and surprisingly arms even though I'm not really focusing on arms at all! Bench from ...

Cutting on the Blueprint?

OK, I just finished the first German loading pattern, I noticed some fat gain during this portion of the Blueprint. I would like to cut down about 7% bodyfat to be ready in time for summer. Can I run the nutrition plan from Scivation books "Game Over": https://scivation.com/books/gameover....
