Had GLP Lower #1 this morning. It felt great. My posts are going to become fewer and fewer because my company now blocks these forums. I dont know how... but they claim its a malicious website. Trying to increase calories in every meal. I am really not gaining any weight. I do appear to be gaining s...

Day 26 (171 lbs) Today was my first day back in teh gym in a week... This really took a toll on my progress. In addition, I had some severe stomach problems from Monday-wednesday. My peptic ulcers flared up for some strange reason and I hardly ate anything for those three days, even water hurt. I lo...

I have kind of lost track of how many days in I am. I know I am on 6-8 rep range of my progression. Days aren't as important to me at this point. I am confident I will know when my body is done with Feast. The only timing I will use is famine and the reload. 6 reps on 175 because I was feeling sore ...

My pre famine was from coming off a 3 month dirty bulk. I put on weight, most of which was fat. I was clueless about bulking at the time. It did give me a nice piece of stone to carve though. As you can see, I shed quite a bit of it and still gained size. I dont have any updates since starting this ...

Good questions. The famine phase is directly followed by feast. You will begin taking the E-bol during these 3 days and they count as feast. Your feast phase should last anywhere from 30-42 days, you wont know until you experience it because your body will give signs it is ready to transition out of...

BSN Volumaize
They have this on nolinksplease.com for 18 bucks or something which is 50% off. Has anyone tried this? Could you provide any comments? I think I want to add a pre workout supplement to aid me since dropping the test booster.

I agree with Brain to a large extent. You should be pushing yourself and your CNS, that is the point of famine. To alert your body that it is under serious stress. If you aren't stressing the body, then you really aren't following the Blueprint. Unfortunately until you try it, you wont know how YOUR...

I will be honest (2 famine runs under my belt), it only gets tough to concentrate on the 4th day in my opinion. On the last day you are so focused and can see the finish line that nothing gets in the way. Just take the lecithin to prevent CNS overload. I am a financial consultant and was working at ...
