if my schedual goes according to plan i should be done with the 7th cruise workout by friday. Then i will most likely start the famine on either that monday or some other time that week. Also, i checked out the stacks on the mass site, and seeing as how i still have a large amount of bcaa's + glutam...

i decided to go the gym today to test out my back. Good thing i did, i got some major pr's. seated rows - 265 x 10 - i maxed out on the machine, i couuldnt put any more weight on it, but I definitly could have done more weight. i think my previous was about 230 for like 2 or 3 reps. Thats like a 35 ...

I see, well it is still a pretty good deal. I dont know if you understood my other question though. When i was asking about the experation dates, i was asking about the actual supplements will last. Like a few months, year, not how long the boucher will last.
