Just finished my 3rd workout. I took an extra day off, which seems to have been a good idea. Dips went all the way to BW +115lbs for 3 reps with Dumbell Pullovers of 100lbs also for 3 reps. I got 3 reps on the Zane Leg Blaster at 365lbs with Leg Curls of 105lbs for 3 reps. The Dips and Leg Blaster a...

Just finished up my second HIT workout. Did BW + 100lbs on Dips X 6 reps, followed by Pullovers with 90lbs X 6 reps. Then did Leg Blaster Squats 315lbs X 6 reps, followed by Leg Curls 90lbs X 6 reps. EDT Block went really well-Dumbell rows at 65lbs each followed by Incline Dumbell Bench Press at 75l...

For some reason I couldn't link it, but it's on Frank Zane's web site-FrankZane.com. After looking at it though, I think it is a different model than what I have-mine is about 6 years old. The pictures make it look smaller and less sturdy, although it might be just as big-I can't really tell. Maybe ...

I'm pretty sure you can still get it, it's made by Hoist and is pretty darn solid.

I don't know what the max weight is, but I'm guessing you could put 5-6 plates on each side.

Alright, workout 1 for HIT is in the books. I did Dips supersetted with Pullovers for my first movement. Worked up to a final set of body weight + 90 lbs X 7reps and then 75 lbs on the Pullovers for 9 reps. 2nd movement was Zane Leg Blaster Squats supersetted with Leg Curls. I've been using the Leg ...

The Doc's 2nd Blueprint Run

This is actually my second run, but the first one that I am logging. Both of my runs have been with customized programs from Rob. The first one was a recomp last fall, and this is a clean bulk. I just finished my famine yesterday-glad to be off of the 1400 calorie diet. I started at 177.2 lbs and wa...

I'm thinking of getting a sled from elite fts, but only have about 40-45' of a straight run in my basement. Do you think this is long enough?

Outside is probably out as the Midwest winter is about to kick in so my yard will have snow, ice, or be total muck for next 4-5 months.

Rob had me do the zig-zag approach going with 100% maint calories on lifting days and 90% on non-lifting days. Every 2 weeks I reduced calories another 10% on non-lifting days. I was on maint level calories during Cruise. My next run I'm going to do a somewhat more traditional Blueprint run, but I'l...

Recomp Works

I just finished up my recomp that Rob custom designed for me. I would definitely recommend this for anyone, although it is different than the typical Blueprint training, and may be tougher in some respects. I've been lifting for 20 years, so any gains are hard to come by, but this has been one of th...

I'm a few days late on this, but I'm just finishing up a recomp (1 week to go) that Rob personally designed for me. The diet you should follow is exactly as he described with the calorie cycling corresponding to on/off days. You may want to consult with him about the training aspect as it was quite ...

Yep, that has to be at least part of the problem for me. I suppose it could be the Adaptogen or Kre-Anabolyn, but its probably the aminos as I've had trouble in the past with those if too much at once.

Mass Pro Amino

I just started the Blueprint Program about 2.5 weeks ago, so have been in the Feast for about 1.5 weeks. Rob custom designed a recomp program for me so what I'm doing is a little different from the typical program. One thing I'm using is the Mass Pro Amino in my workout shake, but it seems like some...
