Feeling lazy in making posts... Soo this will be a bit plain

Front squats: 185 5x5
BB Shrugs: 225 5x5
Light deads: 135 5x5 (going to try to slowly build these up)
DB walking lunges: 50 10x5 (5 each leg)
Rope pull down: 130 5x5
Some lower ab work: 5-8x5

2.0 is superior to 3.0 in the strength/size department (my opinion). Those 5 HIT workouts are hugeeeee jumps in maxes.

Meh, last leg workout I failed far before the 5th set and today I maxed out at 265 (+5) on bench which according to glp I was suppose to be around 273. I'm transitioning to cruise, not the happiest... Was really expecting higher #'s.

Go as heavy as you want in famine. I typically hit the first 2 w/o's as hard as I can and if I make it to the 3rd I'm cautious with it. Just be sure not to hurt yourself.

I've inserted tonsssssssssss of 2 and 3 day breaks, with no other form of exercise on the off days, these past couple weeks. I suppose traction could have something to do with it.

$25 would probably be fair. With that said, I'm not sure how many people would buy the BP at 75$ -- I had troubles doing it at 35 at the time. It's just hard to do when you feel like all the knowledge you need lies elsewhere. Perhaps selling them separate may be a good idea.
