I have been WAY under calories I believe. Semi-hell but in a sadist way it makes me feel alive, and I know I'm busting ass to a higher goal :). Famine Workout #1 Deep Squats - no belt 185 x 6 / 205 x 6 / 205 x 6 jump setted with Neutral Grip Pullups bw x 6 / bw x 6 / bw x 6 *felt like death after these and dry heaved.. my conditioning has gone to shit and my squats feel weak w/ no belt. Supplements during famine
Sorry guys I'm new,
I would assume no supplements during the famine (IE preworkout, creatine, bcaas) due to the state we are trying to reach. I'm starting famine workout #1 today and am going to error on the cautious side and not take any, but I was wondering.
