I have been WAY under calories I believe. Semi-hell but in a sadist way it makes me feel alive, and I know I'm busting ass to a higher goal :). My heartrate was very high this morning and weight down a couple pounds.. so all seem to be headed in the right direction. Workout #2 tomorrow. Todays diet ...

Sounds good.. I was going with the minimal approach.

..so during this I can basically eat mixed nuts until the cows come home? I have done a decent amount of keto type stuff to get lean and I love nuts (strong homo)

I have a pretty heavy duty dip belt. The pin is very interesting and a good idea as I think I would love squatting if it weren't for the upper body pressure :D. I definitely may purchase that.

Supplements during famine

Sorry guys I'm new,

I would assume no supplements during the famine (IE preworkout, creatine, bcaas) due to the state we are trying to reach. I'm starting famine workout #1 today and am going to error on the cautious side and not take any, but I was wondering.

All welcome bigla2004!!!! Friend of BP from long ago, I've been wondering where/how you've been! Glad to hear you're OK. Infrequent training you say? I'm the current king of that lately. I've been reading, writing, answering questions on so many boards etc. I've barely had time to train. So much so...

I was going to do that as I believe that is what mixle thought was best. However, I was definitely leaning towards supplements (I have extra e-bol) as I know how it affects my body.

Thanks jaz. I must say I'm a bit of a skeptic but after reading I can see where the program has it's upsides. Yourself and UWbodybuilding were really what I followed to push me over the edge. Congrats on the monster squatting

Very interesting points and a bit ahead of the mainstream curve.. but Christian Thibs really seems to like these principals as he has illustrated in his 'neural charge' philosophy as seen here: https://www.t-nation.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance_neural_charge/neural_charge_...
