I have only used AN on these two occasions so not enough time to evaluate a boost in libido or not. I don't train weekends, and had a very relaxing weekend so I wouldn't imagine adrenaline would of been elevated at all. I usually have no problem sleeping at weekends regardless of how much or little...

FBSF,

Do you have any issues with sleeping (sans AN) ?

Have you dosed melatonin before? Results?

Does AN 'up' your libido ?

re Sat and Sun nights
>how much 'recovery' did you really need? ie how tired, depleted, worktout were you ?
>did you have elevated adrenalin overnights?

However, recovery time for me takes longer when dosing only KA instead of KA w/ MPS, or even just MPS alone. As time goes on, I'm also finding - along the same lines as Brain - I need less AN, one cap a day with weekends off does me just as well as three caps used to do 2 year ago. This goes for th...

Thanks. Yes please keep us updated… ... read your post and had some more random thoughts… I thought of some of the ‘self choke’ and multiple twist poses Bikram used in his “never too late” healing work… The poses restrict fluids (/ ‘blood’) flow to areas – when ‘mastered’ and done properly they even...

wtmarcus, Very interesting. Please let us know how this turns out. ( fwiw, here is a (related?) more 'old-fashioned' approach that has really served me well in locking in the gains of 'cruise' from AlternativeCruise Cardio day: This is not just your typical aerobic get your heart rate up above certa...

Thanks, Dragon ...a much needed bump for KA imo I quietly and gratefully use KA ( and fwiw - I don't do 'daily dosing' of KA (or MPS) and at this point, I wouldn't make a good product testimonial for the "anabolics " of the product(s) - all I can really attest to for the products is plenty...

fwiw, my wife and daughter had debilitating ‘seasonal’ migraines… I put drops of high quality feverfew extract in their water. For many people, it seems to keep the ‘tensioning’ from crossing the threshold … or something… anyways … …now at a lower quantity, still do it for my wife to this day and ‘m...

One more time – maybe just for other readers now … “training until it hurts” is not an adequate generalization of my ‘take’ I described a 3 stage process for the unique characteristics of certain rib injuries. >The first stage is ‘complete rest’ >The second is ‘training to the pain, but not through ...

Ribs are a little bit different from lots of other injuries around the amount of pain to 'tolerate' Initially, there is a time when it is advised to just stop and let it heal... Then there is a time when you do you reps up to where the pain onsets - but not through the pain! And then, more quickly w...

Can anyone advise on the effectiveness of MPS or AN with out taking much of a break (1-3 Weeks)? Either / both will help a lot in the short term ... but in the long term ???... Go ahead and try it... there's more than one way to learn about extending peaks (and why or why not) and ultimately learni...
