hey man i would put some money on option 1, i know you hate the idea of having high cals for a week. but let me assure you, its 1 week man... you wont go backwards in one week, during this week you see insane growth in strength and size. after that you could easily drop your cals down and lose fat w...

will also add in for you flow, that recently (?last month or so) all lifts have become stagnant and stopped progressing. regarding lower cals whilst on cycle, would be ok to allow for a slight increase (and still result in fat loss) in order to aid recovery and muscle gain! but we will wait for Rob ...

i dont believe cookie is at the age to even be considering AAS just yet. if so i would NOT recconmend the blueprint for it, you could easily integrate a lot of the knowledge Rob has formulated to use AAS though, as rob pointed out about famine... plus a lot of AAS take ~4 weeks to kick in (oils) can...

i dont believe there would be any point in using adaptogens with AAS. ive not heard of anyone on AAS having any trouble recovering.

imo talk to someone who has run a lot of AAS and recent AAS and he will be able to give you better insight to what its like.

rob supports this and actually recconmends it in the blueprint itself. me personally if your cutting in feast and training this this frequency: day on day off day off day on i would recconmend this day on 120% day off 100% day off 70% day on 120% this is kinda bro science on my behalf, but as you kn...

my diagnosis, take some cissus, and increase your daily intake of calories by 1000. i find it curious you gained but lost strength, given the training parameters this is actually near impossible, only thing i can think of is, A. your gaining water weight B. your typically a hard gainer (looking at y...

hey man, mind posting up your old BP stats out of curiosity? (how much you/your lifts gained etc) regarding your first question, im not sure what you mean... but after you do bench Rob actually recconmends a EDT block with incline DB bench press, so definately feel free to hit the chest with some hy...
