i see alot of people saying 30:30 for HIIT. but everyone who does HIIT running (not on a treadmil) the real HIIT, its pretty much impossible to do 30:30, most people aim for 50:10 to 45:15 walk:sprint. 30:30 is supposed to be really good for bike (and some people say treadmil but others say it cant ...

The bench is ok it is a incline/decline one, sometimes i just wish i had a solid flat one though, but this will come in handy when i start BP fo...

while i agree with what rob said, when i first started lifting my lifts were failing due to a weak core, some solid core exercises helped that and it showed in my lifts. if you use the ball properly, its great for engaging the core completely (seen some crazy stuff done on there, but totally unneces...

Hi scump, I would maintain that it is clearly presented as what it is - no more and no less - a simple observation study and opinion piece by one consumer. He presents it as just that, matter of factly. The guy was a Draper student, I believe, and we have no ties to him whatsoever nor any vested in...

Gosh... I'm hesitant to post because I don't like the idea of going out of my way to bash specific products. That said, sometimes you have to call a spade a spade. I have seen several independent HPLC lab analysis tests as well as simple individual trials over the years which clearly show the vast ...

thanks rob, appreciate your input.

in the feast i have to replace the supersetting EDT block T bar row. What do you think would be more effective, dumbell rows or standing barbell rows. barbell seems more draining as its a compound lift not isolated like the db rows.

Help with my Famine, Feast and Cruise workouts

Hey guys, so let me say first off, the reason alot of changes have been made is due to the fact i workout at home.. only really have acess to barbells dumbells and body weight exercises. so i cant really superset barbell things (squat/deadlift) but can easily SS from barbell to dumbell.
