position your workout days so you workout the day before thanks giving day... that will allow for you to have 2 solid rest/feasting days prior to your next workout.

it may mean inserting a extra rest day at some point prior to that... as if thats going to kill you :D

I'd say just keep moving forward man.. if at the end of the famine you aint where you should be, just extend it a day or 2... dont worry to much about it bro, it's not even that big adeal, and easy fix if need be.. good luck bro!! this is spot on, soldier on... do the next workout and put in 100%.....

why are you doing SLDL after bench press? thats not a stretch set... or not a effective one anyway. you should be doing pullovers as a stretch after benchpress. the upper EDT's i used were: DB incline bench DB rows and skull crushers bicep hammer curls lower body EDT: romanian deadlift DB lunges

yeah mate you left out your EDT blocks... this is what your first 5 workouts should look like:

bench X
pullovers X

upper body EDT block

Squat X
SLDL x

lower body EDT block

finish.


some people save both EDT blocks till after squatting.

imo SLDL + DL would be overkill. are you doing Romanian DL in your edt block afterwards anyway (if not you will be once you enter loading pattern). there is a correlation between the 2 lifts but you cant really say how much you will gain from this, for someone who has 100% maxed their DL's you would...
