Hey buddy welcome to the forums. Instead of re-printing, the answers to your questions are posted as "Stickys" In this section. Look at the sample Feast Phase workout template and possibly the sticky that compares stickys to what's in the book. If everything is going OK with a 2 on/1 or 2 ...

He wasn't around for the 855 though. Love those rack pulls! Great log here bro, free supps, contests, videos, and that awes...

I've tried different warm ups over the years. After stretching I'd start with 1/3 the weight toss it around a bit do some ballistic movements then 2/3 x 5 then the weight. Seemed to work but there are some issues related to ballistics and possible lactic acid issues before starting the work out so h...

RDL starts with your knees bent squating down by the bar. You in a sense squat first before using your back to finish it off. That's how the shins get in the way and get scraped. SLDL are just that, legs are straight (not locked) going down stretching the hams and glutes but using your back to move ...

Triceps: Your triceps are being worked well during the loading pattern for bench. If you want to fully recover and bounce back by time your next bench day is up I would initially advise against it. I see you are interested in bulking, putting on some mass. Stick to the program for now....as far as c...

Just checkin in here buddy. With your body weight not bouncing back and strength coming back slowly, you may consider keeping your cals up until after workout #5. Reading your whole log I see where you are getting your time frame for cals, that's fine and is Rob's guidline. I understand why and it's...

The Plan A workout designed by Shawn Phillips with my own little change ups denoted by *. His program was centered around bench, I don't want my squat to suffer b/c 500 is so close. I will be squatting only once per week on this program but have changed leg day to be a bit harder than original Mond...

Good question and glad you're concerned. IMO teenagers and guys in their early twentys have plenty of natural test already. Test it if you're curious. YES stay away from synthetics, although your body can recover from these over time and you will be able to produce these are just bad news. I'm will ...

Hello Dan and welcome to the forums. Congratulations on taking a step into fitness and hold on for the leap you will make with the BP. When you lift weights the way we do, your body burns fat in a way much more efficiently than cardio alone. If you were to ad cardio in to the BP at the appropriate t...
