The results barely support the conclusion at all imo. Only substantial one is lats...this study shows more to me that certain muscles on different people>>>placing the muscles at start of workout

Do you personally prioritize any muscle groups Cookie, by training them first?

I do but dont think the difference is substantial if training the way I do which is never over 30 sets and aim for 20 so usually its 15-25. You can push it bit higher for pump and fluff exercises but anything over that IMO might as well be masturbating if your aim is muscle gain that is. Used to spend 3h in the gym and its just very very sub optimal.
