So, work out arms the same session as legs but do the leg exercises 1st, or legs exercise the first day, arms the next day?

I'd work arms later the same day brother, but NOT the typical exercises (curls, curls and more curls). The palms up, underhand close grip chin is the best bicep exercise in existence.

REASON: Unlike curls that work the muscle through one joint (elbow), chin ups work the biceps through origin (shoulder) AND insertion (elbow).

Now you know.. :)
