That was a good article. Is there enough Rhaponticum Carthamoides in Mass Pro Synthagen, say at the ~15 caps around workout dose, to have beneficial effects on blood glucose? My fasting blood glucose is in the mid-90s and that concerns me. Might answer this one on the BP Power Hour on Superhuman Radio. Thank you.

Great question brother, and the answer is YES!

A full dose of MPS delivers almost an equipotent dose of the very same full spectrum RCE as found in Kre-Anabolyn. The bigger issue though, are the GDA's (glucose disposal agents) and insulinogenic amino acids that come along for the ride. Leucine being the classic example.

It's been designed to provide gentle, carb free "push" of all the goodies into the muscle cells… :)
