This little bugger is packed with (among LOTS of other things) spinach extract, a rich source of ecdysterone and quite often used in the research as Ecdy source material. Beyond that, staying alkaline has HUGE benefits to performance. In fact, I devote an entire section to it in The Blueprint 2.0.

That's very good news! I tried to source it in Canada after it was gone but shipping cost were outrageous, if ever they shipped here...
