Sometime nothing, sometime pro-wrestling entrance themes, sometimes 80's glam metal, sometimes NPR news.

Just depends :)

Liberals make me angry.

If that offends anyone remember... we have a MUCH more important mutual goal - getting you to wherever it is you want to go!!

LOL, ditto. Then I remember that as time goes on things only get more liberal/progressive (generally) and less conservative. The conservatives today were the liberals of yesterday.

Anyways...bands and tunes that really motivate me when lifting:

Gojira - From the Sky (and really anything else from Gojira)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WbGT5XOl380

Opeth - Ghosts of Perdition

Protest the Hero - Sequoia Throne

Thrice - Hoods on Perigrine
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KbyGsL_VGoU

Mastodon - Blood and Thunder

(not really a fan of this band but this song gets me moving)
Throwdown - Holy Roller

Isis - Hall of the Dead

Bands like Children of Bodom, GNR and Joe Thrasher work for me, but I often unplug for my last work set so it's just between me and the weights!
