We can't give a personal recommendation as it needs to be taken as directed by your health care practitioner.

Otherwise, in my research it appears most people use no more than one capsule every 48-96 hours, but again, that is not medical advice.

>>Another excellent but often overlooked compound for heavy metal detox, of Mercury and Copper in particular, is TMG (TRIMETHYLGLYCINE) as found abundantly in MASS PRO SYNTHAGEN.

Dr. Wilson of The Center For Development highly recommends it for Mercury detox and general body balancing.

Yet another for daily use which is an extremely gentle chelator (as opposed to EDTA/DMSA) is the sulfur-bearing amino acid L-Taurine. BURN IT UP contains a super charged amount of L-Taurine, plus high levels of Vitamin C which is another mild natural metals chelator. Synthagen has a good amount of L-Taurine additionally, which compliments it's high TMG content.

Bump on the TMG!

Often overlooked, it's a GREAT detox agent which makes Synthagen a LOT more than just a great recovery aid... :)
