Rob, now that you should have a fair amount of information in regards of cortisol/stress modulating supplements and strategies. Why not to have these at some point in the bulletin. I guess this is a topic that many are interested.

Thanks

Other suggestions for future bulletin:

-Arachidonic acid
-HMB
(AA increases DOMS, HMB reduces them. Possible synergy?)
-Compound training

Great suggestions brother, I appreciate them! BTW, what did you think of the March issue?

I covered several topics (Co-Q-10/probiotics etc) specifically for you... :)

I liked it a lot! In fact it should have been call the Big P's March issue...

Probiotics have done everything from wonderfully efficient digestive tract to higher energy including better mood. It seems too good to be true. Next I will stack MPS with them. I encourage everyone to try probiotics if your goal is either better health or performance (one is needed for the other anyway...)

I'd like to know how long it takes for HMB to elicit the "feels like Deca" response.

I've been using it since that was stated so strongly back in 1996, and I'm still waiting on it to kick in... should I double my dose?

Oh but man, haven't you heard? There's a NEW HMB out that's even stronger... Yep, HMB "FREE" ACID. Even better, it has an IMMEDIATE effect!

Curious thing though, when you look at the study. The International Society of Sports Nutrition just revised their longstanding position (previously unfavorable) on beta-hydroxy-beta-methylbutyrate (HMB). They now give it a thumbs up!

And who sits on this board? The usual suspects - Doug Kalman (writes for T-mag) and Jose Antonio, at the very top of VPX. Something tells me they'll be coming out with HMB supplements soon? :) Forget Deca man, this is going to be more like A-bombs...

The study in question was also funded by MTI, the patent holders on HMB. Hmmm...

This falls into the category of "fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me..."

Things I'm interested in:

- 8-Prenylnaringenin (Hops Extract) (ergolog for references)
- Effects of Prohormones and maybe even steroids in women (I'm curious about the different effects and side effects... personal interest area of study)
- A protocol for using ecdysterones in conjunction with prohormones/roidz as the soviets would of... kind of like a historical run down
- Best anti-age/anti-wrinkle supplements/creams/what the gimmicks are
-Different mobility or agility type things that would be useful for weight lifters and athletes alike... shoulder health, hip health, stuff like that. Knees are already covered by a lot of things...
-Topical Yohimbine recipe ?

And I actually am interested to see and compare all of the data on HMB that would be relevant and not necessarily funded by the company with the patent lol. I have heard good and bad things about it, and then theres the new forms (which I'm sure is more the same)

......I haven't signed up to the news letter yet but I can keep finding the things I've been researching and feed the brainstorm.
