OK beefer, you would have really enjoyed the last issue! It wrapped up with a tutorial on foam rolling, my new favorite prehab/rehab technique for self-myo-fascial release.

These days, I foam roll before I even touch a weight!

Understand Beefer, times are tough all around. If and when, do spring for the annual subscription ($127). That's a full $50 off!!

Quite honestly, you'll save that much on the low cost shopping I do for you alone...

Speaking of cortisol control, how about increasing cortisol levels for those of us with adrenal fatigue? I have a salivary cortisol test showing low cortisol but at least a nice diurnal pattern (much higher in the morning than at night).

This is probably late for the May issue but how about the omega fatty acids for the next issue. Where to get them from, fish oil, krill and plant based and pros cons of each. How much, what kind of ratios of each to look for and purity/quality. My eye doctor recommended that they be in triglyceride form so which forms are this or not would be helpful.

Great suggestion!

I'll add this to test boosters, for the next issue.

Good suggestion!

A previous issue though, more or less addressed this. For what it's worth...

You can now pick and choose the issues and topics that appeal to you. To do so, simply visit www.paypal.com, and specify which issue you'd like and remit $15 per issue to: Kcilflexim@aol.com.

If you have friends who are NOT subscribers and wish to purchase back issues, the price will be $20. That's only fair, given subscribers come FIRST!
