Not the bests of pictures and was going to wait till after the run, but it's pretty darn close to my 2 years of lifting. Figured I'd post one up. I have shirtless ones (no homo) on my bodyspace if interested; username is Inagren.

The BP shirt one wasn't taken cold, but the ones on the bodyspace were. I was home for a couple hours and still had the shirt on, so figured it was as good as a time as any to take a pic. Thanks for the good job :). I'm sitting at 5'10

Photo taken in June 2009 at La Ronde in Montréal. Witness the difference between 5'10'' 170lbs and 6'1'' 239lbs? Can you guess witch one's nickname is "big" Pélo ?

PLEASE post these on body building dot com. Then, post this...

"PLEASE DON'T MISS THIS VERY IMPORTANT POINT

There is MUCH information not found in The BP. Information that is shared with you once you're part of our family. One of the first things you'll get is "The Formula" - a combination of ingredients found here in the cyberstore. When consumed in a very specific ratio, it leads to feedback like this:

Turboflex:
"So far the Formula has been workn so well for me, i havent even had to think bout breakn out my Eagle...but i may have to cuz my next few workouts are fixn to get heavier!!"
drjgn:

"I thought I would be sore for a few days after the lower body workout (even with the secret recovery drink). Especially since I was sore for a week last time. But... that drink did the trick. Almost can't tell I worked out yesterday! Just the slightest bit of soreness. HUGE improvement.

Thanks Mix!"

Turboflex was also a recipient of "The Eagle", which I can't divulge any further information on. And no, Mix isn't selling it. It is though, indicative of how he gives back to his Blueprint Believers once you're part of our family.."

Asking a lot but I would VERY much appreciate it...

Just have my recent BP ones :( . I wish I had my old ones from before I started lifting. When I started I was 220 and 33% bodyfat. I only have a picture of my face, where you can clearly see my double chin, and the lack of definition in my jaw.

This is 1 day into famine

And this is one I took tonight. I grew traps and some semblance of a chest. Still a long long way to go though.

Haven't even finished GLP 1 yet. Go easy on me
