Plan on starting famine TMW (sunday)

I added a few things for this run although overall I feel its smaller than other runs as far as number of supps.



E-bol (50 days)
Activate Xtreme(8 weeks)
White flood(feast)
TTA(1 bottle 60 days)
Lean Xtreme(1 bottle week 4-8 )
PES Shift (cruise)
Glycobol(feast)

Orange triad Multi
Orange Oximega Fish
The formula
protein

Looking for a Good solid 12-15lbs gain with lil to no fat gain over the full 11 weeks (feast + cruise)

BTW will be using GLP 1 again for the second time. I think my body does well with the high volume..

after the bridge workouts each day will have 1 edt block and a static hold.

DL Upper Rack pull (my favorite)

(looks like not a favorable happening since last BP end. looks like a 6 lbs recomp the wrong way)

lol well day 2 weight 168 lbs but my starting weight wasnt accurate I guess.. (night weigh) so I will assume I had a few lbs of night weight and call it

starting weight 170
current 168


-2 two days in.
so far so good.

waist is 31.5

starting lean 150
starting fat 18

THIS should be accurate enough

Good luck man...I see your using erase, have you tried anabeta?Thats what im doing for my run in about 2weeks.Havent used it before.

Shift actually and not erase. I havent used erase or anabeta..
