feast day 4 workout 1

Deadlift 235x10
bent over DB rows 40lbs x8 each side

bench press 155 x8
pullovers db 40lbs x10

back sqaut 185 x10
no stretch excercise..

followed by some basketball.

3000 cals
171 pro

eating 3000-3100 cals daily still resting. Will most likely workout TMW.
muscles feel super dense. Its kinda nice. lol esp in my legs.

also weighed in at 182 yesterday mourning..

Feast workout 3 Pretty sick workout..

DL 300x4!! OOO YEA. not a PR but still means I am CLOSE to my old DL max.. feelsgoodman.jpg

BP 180x3 (also solid)

SQ 195x2 (Im realizing now these WILL suffer until I seperate the DL and SQ onto thier own days.

Overall still feeling Great about this run.

DL 285 X 8!! ( this puts me on pace for a 360 Max.. I WILL set A PR next workout!! I plan to rep 360 2 or 3 times. :) )


BP 165x 7 ( on pace for 200lbs max)


SQ 165x7 ( ditto on this)

feeling so beastly..

I PROMISE I will hit 400 DL this run...

Looks like I underestimated my calorie needs.. I will step them up on training days this week by 400-500.

I would like to take a second to comment on the effectiveness of the Sups I am using this run..

Activate Xtreme- I can definitly tell this stuff is kicking in now. I seem to be gaining size faster than normal and recovery is better than with Ebol Alone.

EBOL- I LOVE this stuff. Strength goes up insane on this stuff. nuff said

TTA-500- Used this on a cut before where I lost almost 14 lbs of fat over a run.. trying this out here to see if I can get a nice re -comp effect going. It seems to be working I seem to be leaning out up .5 lbs and getting bigger too. EBOL supposedly helps with this too

Trutein Protein blend- AWESOME stuff.. Its first protein source is Non-thermally processed and still has all the good stuff in it. Tastes Fantastic(cinnabun). I highly recommend this stuff.

I was going to try a Driven Sports Stack but opted for the Athletix Triple Stack instead...EBol didn't do a lot for me, prefer KA as it makes me feel like a monster most days...

I agree with the Trueprotein...I have a custom mix and it rocks...

weight is up alot obviously and waist is up 1" since the start.. I will start scaling back calories to maintenance on off days

so like 2700 on off days
and like 3200 on workout days.
