That's a great observation, you might be right. I'm not on a low cal diet thankfully so the increased appetite isn't necessarily a bad thing.

So week 1 is in the bag... I'm up 3 lean pounds, I've got a few pounds of the other too, but that was to be expected after a low carb cut.

This week the goal is to dial it back a little so the lean gains outmatch the lard.
